Need help Moving the NTP Service from 2012 Server to new 2016 PDC

We only have two domain controllers. We were on 2012 but just created two new DCs on 2016. (All 4 are running, the two new ones have the correct IP addresses and the old two have temporary IP addresses.) Seem to have most everything working except for the time. Performing "w32time /query /status" shows source IP as the IP address of the old PDC. We've been searching but can't seem to find THE set of commands to migrate it. Can anyone help?
