Sharing Problem

Hi All,

I have shared a folder in windows server 2012 R2 it is successfully shared with windows machine except mac machine (Apple) sometime it's working and sometimes not. I have also check marked on printer and file sharing on mac machine.

I am very confused where we have to make change in windows server 2012 R2 or in mac machine .

And the another thing is this windows server 2012 R2 is on hyper-v which base machine is also same

Please help me to do the certain things.
