microsoft store issue

Ive been attempting to download Instagram but Microsoft store won't let me, I've even tried with different applications and trend clearing out storage but that isn't an issue. It would proceed in downloading but once its finishing it fails then it wants me to redownload. Ive tried many times but it still won't let me. I was wondering if anyone could help me
