Windows Servers unable to register in DNS

Hello,

I have a problem with some of domain joined servers (all Windows Server 2008, 2012 or 2016) as they are unable to register in DNS Server even with manual registration (ipconfig /registerdns).

-All of them are Hyper-v VMs.
-All of them on the same subnet (different than DCs subnet) - clients in all other subnets have no problem.

-All of them are assigned a static IP.

-They can query DNS (nslookup) but can't register their records on it.

in DNS Log I found these entries for one of them:

-The Dynamic updates is configured to allow Secure only updates, when I changed it to Nonsecure and secure, they can register with no problem.

-Event id 8016 appears multiple times on event log:
The system failed to register host (A or AAAA) resource records (RRs) for network adapter
with settings:
Adapter Name : {EF08E0AB-CE4B-4AEC-B508-51EF7FA9D98E}
Host Name :
Primary Domain Suffix : domain.local
DNS server list :
DNS Servers
Sent update to server : <?>
IP Address(es) :
192.*.*.*

- This event also appears in event log:

Name resolution for the name "Domain name" timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

So any help in this issue?
