Windows 2012R2 server Un responsive

We had a Prod Server running 2012r2 and application running on it. The issue we had is the Virtual server is not responding consistently. But we tried to stop the application services to see if it is causing the issue, but it is not the cause.


We currently have 16 Vcpu and 16 Ram on it, donot see any hike inthe performance monitor wrt Memory or CPU utilization.


Couldn't be able to find out what causing the issue.. Pelase help me out !
