KB4284833 Group Policy Sync issue

After KB4284833 or any of the later server 2016 cumulative updates we get the following on our group policy status for any new GPO's have had to revert back to the cumulative update before KB4284833:

"The sysvol permissions for one or more GPOs on this domain controller are not in sync with the permissions for the GPOs on the baseline domain".

Is there a hot fix of anything for server 2016 for this issue?
