Let me start by saying I am using Bing browser right now because Google chrome has stopped working. I have McAfee protection so i'm convinced this is not typical to a Threat but more of a "take advantage" situation...
Yesterday while applying for a job (at a new site to me ) a small box popped up saying I had to agree to allow this site to access my emails and stuff. It already had my email in the box and was waiting for me to click accept. I clicked it Off and said Never mind this job! But today since I turned on my lap top, I now cannot access google chrome. None of the links work. I'm not real tech savvy but can follow directions very well. I just can't seem to find an edge around this dang thing aside from deleting the google chrome and reinstalling it. It has so much info saved for My Veteran Hubby that I'm Cringing at the thought! eegads! Any other ways to get into chrome besides being in that chrome web browser? Because, I do believe its an extension or add on that tried to hit me up yesterday and has Unlawfully stepped in and made things not right...
Any other ways to get into chrome besides being in that chrome web browser so I can delete or disable what ever it is? Can't I (or) don't I have the ability to change things off line with something so important as my Main web browser? Wouldn't my Microsoft system supersede any other stuff in my lap top?
Or is this not something I can fix?
