Hey all,
From my understanding Server 2016 Standard 16 Core which includes licensing for 2 Hyper-V guests as long as the host is only running FSS (created pool to store VHD's) and Hyper-V. I installed 2 guests for AD and the other for Exchange. CPU is only 10 Core unit
The host activated no problem and when I installed the guests they showed activated as well, flash forward a few weeks later, my host is still activated, but my 2 guests show they need activation. I tried to enter the product key, same as host and I get the error message that Windows could not be activated 0xc004c003. I have also tried the slmgr commands and that failed as well. I am new to Hyper-V and now I am stuck. I need to resolve as this server is going into production in a couple weeks.
