Windows 8 application opening error

It is almost a year using windows 8 in my pc. There are different apps I use, but from a week ago, I started getting a message: " This app can't run on your pc, to find a version for your pc, check with software publisher." I have tried different tips given online like running apps troubleshooter, c-clean, booting and so others. But all of these did not work. Any last help for fixing this problem please.
