Reduce size and fuzziness of screen

I am a Windows 10 user and have Microsoft 365. When I turned on my computer this morning, the screen fonts, icons, etc. were all suddenly very large and very fuzzy. How can I get back the medium size and clear images that I had only yesterday? Please advise on how to fix.
