Win Srever 2016 problem with Device Manager networking components

Since the 07-2018 update last week, VPN has not been working on the server. When I looked around, I found that all network devices (network cards and VPN components) were listed under "Unknown Devices". I tried diabling the built in network cards and adding a new network card, but the new card also showed up under Unknown Devices. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?
