Exchnage DB drive extend..

Hi,

I am running with low disk space on my exchange 2013 DB drive. i have unallocated space available on the same disk but when i am extending the drive it give me warning for converting disk from basic to dynamic.. "if you convert the disk to dynamic you will not be able to start installed operating systems"

My Boot drive disk is different other than DB drive.. Is it space to Covert the disk from basic to Dynamic? will it loss the running data?

Please help..
