Microsoft Family Issue

Greetings Microsoft, recently I left my Microsoft family which as you know, should turn off the family features when using my device. Although, even if I left the family, my family features are still active. When it shows the option to ask permission of using an app by email, I get an error once it is clicked. Because of this, I can no longer use a few apps i desire to use, such as the Chrome browser
