Error Applying Security

An error occurred while applying security information to:

H:\redirect\user\Deskt...\$RPV5OGJ.url

Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied.

Looking for help to figure where this file is.

A search on RPV or .url comes up with nothing.

Too much of the path is missing. Is there somewhere else to look.
