Windows XP, 7, and 10 BSOD 124 Kernel Power

My HP m7463w Multimedia PC is putting me through BSOD hell and I don't know what to do to fix it.

After much reading, cleaning, and reinstalling, I'm at least able to pull up information about the crash but I am clueless where to go next.

I suspect the power supply is going bad but I'm not sure...don't want to take it out yet because much of the reading says the problem can be caused by software or kernel.

Please note, BSODs were happening before I performed the following:

- I have cleaned the dust from inside

- Reset all the power and card connections

- Upgraded RAM from 2GB to 4GB and ran RAM and HD test

- Checked for outdated drivers

- Clean installed OS's with destructive disk format

- Virus checked

- Uninstalled .net framework (all versions)

- Verified fan speeds and CPU temps

- Disabled unused/failing hardware (wireless doesn't work in Windows 10, but is fine in XP and 7)

- I also tried installing a new GPU under Windows 10 but totally lost all audio on my system...uninstalled it and went back to original GPU. Upon reinstalling the original GPU, I noticed my BIOS was set to PCI for the GPU so I changed it to PCIe since the GPU card is in the PCIe slot.

There are 14 instances of this critical error in the event logs. How do I use the BC codes, EventID, and Task numbers to find out what hardware (or software) is causing the problem?

All of this info is from my Windows 7 install...I've completely removed Windows 10 from my hard drive for now because it was crashing really bad. Windows XP is my "system" partition and 7 and system recovery are on "primary" partitions.

Thanks.
