Domain controller backup

Hi all,

I have set up Windows Server 2016 on a server at my workplace. I've configured the domain and all the computers are connected sucessfully. How would I go about installing another domain controller on a local machine so in the event of a server outage, the employees can still connect?

I can probably use Azure if need be but was just wondering if I can do it locally
