Hello,
Our Windows domain matches our web domain (madisonschools.net). As a result, when we browse to that address, it loads an IIS page. It seems that we can only get to the school website when we add www. As a solution, I read that we can work around this with http redirection. It involved installing IIS on all our domain controllers, and configuring http redirect on the default web site to redirect requests to the destination www.madisonschools.net.
After trying this, www.madisonschools.net no longer resolves, and I don't know how to restore it. If anyone could assist with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
