this is a fresh 1 mo old install that is now a running DC in a network, taking over for an old server. Everything is fine except windows server backup will only run for a day or two before constantly erroring out.
The CBS.log error that I keep coming up with is:
CSI Payload Corrupt amd64_microsoft-windows-blb-ui-native-shortcut_31bf3856ad364e35_10.0.14393.0_none_0e7e507be97dcf6f\Windows Server Backup.lnk
Repair failed: Missing replacement payload.
DISM /restorehealth fails saying it can't find source files. DISM referencing the install.wim from the install media also fails.

no idea where to go from here. need to be able to fix this without a wipe/reinstall.
