How to - deploy secondary DC in vSphere

Hi everyone,

I have a primary (and only) DC (Windows 2008 R2 Standard) virtualized in vSphere. As there's no secondary DC I'd like to deploy it because of redundancy and I've never done it before.

• the vSphere part: is it as easy as creating a new virtual computer and deploying it from a Windows Server image file? What's the best practice
• Windows part: the primary is featuring ADDS, DNS roles. I want to have those two roles redundant - i.e. run them on the secondary as well. Can all this be done without the primary having any downtime?
