Server 2012 R2 Updates Repeatedly Install and Corrupt Component Store

Hi, I have a server 2012 R2 in production that keeps "successfully" installing the same updates. I've reset Windows update databases, and still the same, when I run a DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth I get the following error: The restore operation failed. Either the repair source was not found or the component store cannot be repaired.
