SHared Folders slow or not saving changes

I have several Windows 10 users accessing shared network folders on a Windows Server 2012 R2. Intermittently, we try to manipulate some WGet files (Excel) and it will either be incredibly slow or crash Excel. We are running Office 365 (Excel 16) and the usual process the that causes the problems is a fill copy of a formula. I have two machines that typically see the problems while others do not.

I did notice in the SMB Client log on the Server, we are getting some 30804, 30806 and 30807 errors and 30808 entries regarding the transport connection.

I have tried to test network connections and security settings, but I am at a loss as to why this would be happening on 2 of the 18 workstations that are running the same processes.
