supportnex a fraud??

I had a problem with Windows. I went to Microsoft web. There , I found a phone number. I called, believing it was from Microsoft. They told me the problem was many viruses. They offered me an antivirus. If they managed it remote, they would install the antivirus and I would have a support service for 1 year for any reason. I paid US 200. Afterwards I realized it was not Microsoft Support Service, but this SupportNex that mailed to me the receipt. I could not find again the phone number as when I saw it first.

Is SupportNex a fraud?
