How to recover S-1-15-2-1 (ALL_APP_PACKAGES) account.

Hi.

We did a ADRAP sesion, the first step for solution were delete Orphaned objects, but a mistake did it that SID S-1-15-2-1 (ALL_APP_PACKAGES) was deleted.
The question is, how to recreate this object again?.
