Have tried multiple times to convert my evaluation copy of server 2016 to the standard edition. I've been able to convert 3 other servers that are vm's on this physical server. This particular server I'm converting is a physical server with the Hyper-V role installed. It takes a couple hours before failing and this is the error shown in the dism log. I did shutdown the vm's and do a fresh reboot before the last conversion attempt and this is the output. I'm was hoping to avoid a rebuild but am about to do just that. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
