When I run the counter "\Web Service(_Total)\Current NonAnonymous Users" through PowerShell or via perfmon.msc, I see a constant value of 4294966628. This is not a correct value. The same value appears if I query for any particular IIS Site, as well.
Is this a known issue? This counter returns a correct value on Server 2008 R2, I've only seen this incorrect value on Server 2016.
