KB4343887 isn't applied, when I try to install it says "The update is not applicable to your computer"

KB4343887 applies both feature and security updates, so if this patch isn't on a machine it should try to install anyway. I've tried the full update, the delta update - the patch isn't showing via our organization's SCCM (despite it showing for 7 other machines that are theoretically identical). All 7 of those other machines had the patch apply without issue.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
