lsass.exe crashes and OS restarts

Today, one of my servers was suddenly restarts. Looking for Event Viewer, I've found some entries:

A critical system process, C:\Windows\system32\lsass.exe, failed with status code c0000005. The machine must now be restarted.


Googling, I've found this is a know issue for Windows Server 2012 R2 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-ie...tem-shuts-down-automatically-on-a-windows-ser) fixed by a hotfix. I didn't saw any report on 2016, so is possible to have a new issue?
