I have two programs (from the same Company) that don't run properly in WIN7-64 bit; Program one crashes after I log in to their platform; program 2 doesn't launch after I start it.
The programs work fine in Safe Mode but not in Clean Boot. In clean boot, I disabled all services, including Microsoft services (except for two that couldn't be disabled) and all startup programs.
Thus, there is some conflict between the programs and some Services and/or drivers. How can I troubleshoot this when Clean Boot doesn't work?
Somehow I need to start in Safe Mode and add more Services and Drivers until I find the offending Service/Driver.
Note that the Windows is (supposedly) updated with all the latest updates. I have also run sfc and have no issues.
