I have a Windows 2016 server which was set up through an Windows 2016 (1607) ISO downloaded in May 2017 from Sign in to your Microsoft account, complete with a corresponding key.
When accessing that site, I am now being forwarded to Partner Dashboard but for some reason I cannot download a new Windows Server 2016 ISO there, only SQL Server 2017; Microsoft "is working on it" and "it can take 10 business days".
However, I have to do an in-place reinstall today of the 2016 server with the most recent feature pack.
How can I get a streamlined Windows Server 2016 (1803) ISO for that purpose? Or is there another way to upgrade the server to Windows Server 2016 (1803)?
