Server 2016 hangs on boot loader screen - requires OS selection

Hi Guys,

i'm having trouble with my HP Proliant ML30 Gen 9 Server.

Ive reinstalled it twice with HP's intelligent provisioning and also straight from an OEM disc.

When the server reboots it will show the Windows Boot Loader and my Server 2016.

However, it doesnt count down or boot to the OS. I'm having to log in via iLO and press enter to allow it to boot to the highlighted OS.

Can anyone help?
