This issue has been ongoing since earlier July 2018. I have reason to believe it is correlated to Event 41, Kernel Power which has occasionally been causing BSOD. I've done the full memory diagnostic check which came up to be error-free. Hard Drives have all been checked, scanned and repaired. Drivers and BIOS are up to date. And the only other software/aid I haven't used is Dell's Support Assist, because the system will then enter BSOD. I haven't had a BSOD issue in the last few days, but most likely because I haven't been really been operating on this PC, although it has remained on all throughout the day.

Machine Specs:

Machine: Dell OptiPlex 7040

Processor: Intel Core i7-6700

RAM: 40 gb

OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Display Monitor/Driver: ViewSonic VP2365 / AMD Radeon R5 340X

Thank you for any recommendations/assistance.
