Event ID 1023 Multiple Perflib errors due to ASP.NET 2.0

I am getting this error on Win2012R2 running Ex2016: Windows cannot load the extensible counter DLL ASP.NET_64_2.0.50727. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the Windows error code.

I have tried the lodctr /R command, but the problem still occur. It seems that there are no ASP.NET ver 2.0 files on the server and not in any NET updates?
