Hi, We are using a DELL storage server where windows server 2012 r2 OS is installed.
In our environment we are using VLAN concept.
We have multiple VLAN. Shorten VLAN access has given to this server. eg. this server has VLAN ID - 5. We have other one VLAN ID - 10 (Desktop LAN)which has access to this server and other VLAN ID - 15 (Desktop LAN) which has not access to this server and also no connection between VLAN 5 to VLAN 15 and its not pinging also.
But while i am running netstat command in server there are lot of TCP connection from both VLAN Desktop VLAN IP i.e 10 & 15.
Here is real problem means from VLAN -10 ID, all TCP connection states are showing Established and from VLAN - 15 ID, all TCP connection states are showing SYN_RECEIVED.
But there is no connection between VLAN - 5 and VLAN - 15. My doubt is how this connection is coming.
Please check from below image. This one is the o/p of netstat TCP command.
