Hello,
I have a Kinivo BTD-400 Bluetooth adapter that I used to connect the keyboard. I installed the driver provided by the manufacturer. (Originally it's for Windows 10 but I did not find any replacements) The serial number of the device is BCM20702A0 (shown in the device manager before installing the driver) and it seems like a Broadcom chip. However, after the driver installation, I was able to pair the keyboard, but immediately after pairing success the driver error message showed up. And the keyboard did not work either. This time, in the device manager, there was a new "unknown device" column and its manufacturer info was blank. The online driver auto search did not work for this unknown device.
Is there a solution for this annoying issue? Thanks.
PS: In Windows 10, you do not need to install a driver for this Bluetooth adapter. I don't know if this info helps.
