Will Microsoft add a fix so that my Ipod nano gen 7 will still work with my itunes on my brand new windows 10 desktop?

I have used iTunes for years. I use it with my iPhone and also with two older ipods. everything worked great until I got a new Windows 10 desktop. It will not recognize my ipods. Apple tried to help but they say windows 10 is missing the right driver.
