Teaming MAC Address to static

Hi Everyone,


I have an application that really depends on the MAC address of the team, if it changes with a reboot, the license stops and I get screwed and blamed.. Is there any way in server 2012 to team the two NIC's and have a static MAC address of the team that never ever changes whenever a reboot/patch or anything at all happens?
