There seem to be many posts with problems in this area, but I have not seen an answer that I can understand and which seems to address my particular problem. i am using Windows 10 with Outlook 2013 and Firefox as my web browser. When i try to open hyperlinks I receive the error message "Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk". In Default Apps within Settings it shows that Firefox is my default web browser. I have read answers about the possibility of previous browsers noty being fully deselected as defaults. I did change from Firefox to Edge briefly a few months ago (due to issues with Firefox) but found Edge even worse so changed back. I will be grateful for any suggestions as it is really tedious having to copy and paste URLs!
