dns.exe is high usage and ethernet sending too many packets

I have dns/Domain controller in same server and experiencing high send packets.

while i run network monitor, lsass.exe, dns.exe, svhost.exe, MBAMService.exe is runing toohigh and may be because of this high sending packets. and mail and other cant be access easily

please how to solve that
