0x8000FFFF got this code when i troubleshot my pc because at devices and printers screen from control panel said my pc needed troubleshooting. troubleshooting couldnt complete, ie: error code. ? suggestions to fix ?

search for driver update, says best 1 already, disabled device and re-enabled, same result. ??
this is the only device with an explanation point (!) on it, pc is windows updated every day
