hello have error 0xc000000e

[I cannot open my account ıt has been 2 hours]

hello i have problem with my windows 8 desktop computer

i bought few days ago and i wanted to update windows 8.

when i wanted to restart it, i have black screen with error 0xc000000e

i tried to enter safe mode but it is not reacting pressed all the combination possible shift 5 times, f8, shift F8

i have wireless keboard, but when i press enter it is reacting and it is showing me the same errror.

how do i fix this error
