I have problem on terminal Server 2016 Enterprise some encrypted pages work and some not e.g. can't open start up page google.com. I use Internet Explorer 11. This same page in this same time on one user work and on second user not. I find temporary resolution problem this is use reset Internet Explorer settings with checked remove personal settings. This work but after a few day can't open google.com again but different encrypted pages are opening. In log have:
A fatal error occurred while creating an TLS client credential. The internal error state is 10013.
