In windows explorer what happens when I plug any device in to a PC's USB like for example a Camera and then I would click on This PC/My Drive and Devices/Camera with my mouse right click on Format and label it as something and click on Full Format and click start/Format. What will it do? Will it format the device or destroy the device in which I may have to get a new device.
