I'm running Server 2016 Core on build 10.0.14393.576. The servers are running Hyper-V and S2D in a 6 node cluster. We are using VMM 2016 for management. The Veeam client is also installed for VM backups.
My problem is that one of the servers in the clusters will hang after a period of time, which can be anywhere from 4-20 days of uptime. It can be any of the servers in the cluster that hangs. When a server hangs, I get a black screen at the console. It will not respond to ping, IPMI, ctrl+alt+del, nothing. I have to physically power-cycle the system and then it comes back online with no problems. I've read through the Windows Event Logs and there is nothing. IPMI logs are clean as well. Once the system hangs, nothing is logged until I reboot it.
Has anyone else seen this on Server 2016 Core?
