Can I block bt openzone?

Hi,

My computer keeps connecting to bt openzone instead of my plusnet wifi. I have not signed up for bt openzone so it does not appear on my list of networks to forget. How can I stop my windows 8.1 computer from prioritizing this weak signal over my own strong wifi? Is there not an option to never connect to a network? (if not - there's an idea for you microsoft!)
