Hey all.
I have installed a new instance of Windows Server 2016 Standard. When I tried to customize the start screen, I found that I am unable pin anything to start. Pinning to the taskbar works fine. The option to pin to start does not appear in the drop down list. What am I missing here?
EDIT: It seems like a policy issue though as the local Admin account can pin just fine. The machine is on a domain and I added a domain user to the admin group but that user cannot see the "pin to start" option.
