FRESH COPY OF WINDOWS 8 TO REINSTALL TO LAPTOP

Hi. I am Azman. I bought a laptop (Acer) for my son. Win Version 8 / 8.1. His friends playing with it and accidently format the harddisk. They install the windows back. Now it run very slowly and frequently hang. Can I get a fresh copy of Windows to wipe off everything from harddisk, format and install the Windows fresh. When I buy the laptop, it comes with Windows pre install OEM. Please help. Thanks.
