I am experiencing an issue with Active directory migration tool (ADMT) no longer launches after disabling TLS 1.0 and 1.1
The protocols were disabled due to a recent audit finding and in order to be compliant, only TLS 1.2 is approved.
Affect: ADMT no longer works as it fails to connect to the local SQL database instance.
Server version: Windows Server 2012
SQL version: 2014
ADMT version: 3.2
The tool works fine if we resort back to TLS 1.0.
Event view error: A fatal error occurred while creating an SSL client credential. The internal error state is 10013.
ADMT launch error: Unable to check for failed actions: DBManager.IManageDB.1 : [DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen (SECCreateCredentials()).]SSL Security error
