Dear All,
I have this issue happening since i have upgraded into 1803 and i can't tell what else i can do. I keep getting SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION also the unsolved issue of bootres.dll is corrupt to this date. I have completely formated my computer on 23ed of May with totally fresh copy of 1803 to see if it will make any different but still same issues
Event Viewer Error:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000096, 0xffffcf007e4c08b3, 0xffffe18aab578cd0, 0x0000000000000000). A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 15c3ca7e-9c85-4e49-b351-73453c1c0d14.
I have seen couple of people who have Asus and MSI Z97 or x99 motherboard have that issue but no one really could point out what's exactly wrong. Just to let anyone who could help know that i'm an L3 support personal, so don't waste your time or my time with your basic support skill asking me if i have done that ! Your welcome to share for anything as long it's with reasonable explanation.

What i have done on Software Level:
I been doing all that test for almost the passed 7 DAYS (yes that's correct) trying to figure out what's the issue and i narrow it to this level.
Currently i'm running at the minimum hardware (CPU, RAM, M.2, GPU and of course motherboard) that's all
My test is done as the follow
FINALLY i start performing the test by running that required Virtualization (Note: Virtualization is not Enable from BIOS)
If i run Android Emulator (just for test) such as MEmu, i directly get an error of SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION then it reboot
I download bluescreenview and i got result from below:

Btw also almost out of every 3 restart, i must face a computer freeze on startup with error
Boot critical file c:\efi\microsoft\boot\resources\custom\bootres.dll is corrupt.
I found many threads from before who have a similar issues and i tried all there options but nothing was useful:
Any help or suggesting are appreciated.
