Prohibit access to control panel and pc settings group policy not working on windows 10 computers

We have a small setup of windows active directory based setup. All servers are windows server 2012. All computers are windows 7 , windows 8 and windows 10 professional license OS and are connected to domain. I have applied a group policy setting i.e. "prohibit access to control panel and pc settings" . Policy is working fine with all windows 7 and windows 8 machines. But users are still able to access control panel settings on windows 10 professional computers. Why the group policy on working in windows 10 computers. Thanks in advance
