Official Microsoft .cab file offered expired on August 21st 2018

Hi, I just want to report that the official .cab file provided via http://www.download.windowsupdate.com/msdownload/update/v3/static/trustedr/en/authrootstl.cab is outdated (expired on August 21st 2018). As result, Windows machines with the Update Root Certificates from the Windows Components Wizard turned on will experience some issues like a message from crypt32 saying that "a required certificate is not within its validity period".



I just wanted to report this so you'll be able to fix it and update the official .cab file offered through Windows Update.

This issue affects: Windows Embedded Standard 09 and Windows Embedded POSReady 2009 machines.
